Spend the first weekend of August soaking up summer at Fishkill Farms during our Summer Cider Party!

Our cider bar will be pouring handcrafted hard cider all weekend long, made from apples grown, pressed, and fermented right here on the farm. Enjoy a tasting flight, try one of our seasonal cocktail specials, or simply relax with a glass while listening to live music each day.

Add a little color to your day with our Sip 'n Clip experience! Each ticket includes the opportunity to pick your own bouquet from our flower fields, plus a voucher redeemable at the bar for a 9 oz. pour of hard cider. Reservations are required to participate. Sip 'n Clip reservations will be available by Thursday, July 30, through our Pick-Your-Own Reservations page.

No summer celebration is complete without great food. In addition to our Farmer's Fork outdoor food stand, we'll be welcoming local food trucks serving up delicious bites throughout the weekend. Enjoy The Dog House on Saturday, and Graze & Harvest on both Saturday and Sunday.
