Each weekend September 12th through November 1st (plus Columbus Day on Monday, Oct. 12th), will be packed full of autumnal fun! Pick sustainably grown apples straight from the trees, enjoy wagon rides throughout the orchard, get lost in our corn maze for a cause, listen to live music in our courtyard while sipping on a hard cider from the Treasury Cider Bar. There’s no shortage of delicious food from our Farmer’s Fork food stand (and other amazing food vendors) like our traditional Jamaican jerk chicken and apple cider slushies, and you can’t forget about our delicious cider donuts fresh from our donut window.
Tickets are required to participate in pick-your-own, wagon rides and access our corn maze. They can be purchased here:
PICK-YOUR-OWN APPLES, PUMPKINS, & MORE*
We grow over 100 varieties of apples, with most of them ripening up between September and October! Growing practices are important and make a difference. All of our apples are eco-certified, while a third of our varieties are also certified organic. Read more about what that means and why it’s so important here.
Yes, we have pumpkins too! Our pumpkin patch is out in the orchard and is open for picking mid-September through October.

Wagon rides run throughout the orchard on weekends for the duration of the day. Wagon rides are included in your pick-your-own reservation.

FARM STORE & DONUT WINDOW
Farm Store 9 am-6 pm | Donut Window 9 am-5:30 pm
Our farm store is packed to the brim with fall favorites such as homemade pies and treats, fresh fruits and veggies right from the farm, artisanal cheeses, local meats, honey and maple syrup, locally made coffee, tea, soaps, candles and a full stock of local NY state produced cider, wine, beer and liquor. Starting in mid-September, we will also have an outdoor market with a bright array of edible and decorative pumpkins, squash and gourds out front, as well as mums, hay bales and corn stalks for all of your fall decorative needs.
Our donut window serves freshly made cider donuts in two options, cinnamon sugar or plain. The line for donuts can get quite long during peak season, so sometimes we have to close the line before 5:30 pm. We make our donuts year-round and do not have lines for them outside of a few weekends in Late September/Early October.

FAQ’s
Do you allow dogs or other pets?
*Dogs/pets are not allowed in our orchard, anywhere where food is grown, or inside our farm store. Dogs are allowed in our courtyard and at the outdoor Treasury Cider Bar. Dogs/pets must be cleaned up after and remain on a leash at all times.
Service animals protected by ADA may accompany their owners where they need to. Emotional support animals are not covered by ADA regulations.
The festivals may become overwhelming for animals, as it can be a very lively environment. Please use your discretion on bringing your pet.
Do you allow cars in the orchard?
Yes, we will start allowing cars in the orchard starting September 1st, 2026. We ask that you only bring one car per reservation, as space is limited. You must obey all orchard signage and stick to the 5 mph speed limit. Upon exiting the orchard, we will check your trunk before you leave – unfortunately, theft is a major issue.
Do you require reservations for pick-your-own?
Yes. They must be made on the pick-your-own page of our website. We do not take reservation requests over the phone, through social media or email.
Is there public transportation to the farm?
The closest train station to our farm is the Beacon Train Station. You can get there by taking the Metro-North Hudson Line.
From Beacon, we are located about 15 minutes away by car. Local cab companies, Uber and Lyft service our area and are commonly used to reach the farm, however, they are not as readily available as they are in urban areas, so we highly recommend scheduling them ahead of time. Fishkill Farms is not affiliated with any of these ride services.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes. We accept all major credit cards at all points of sale throughout the farm. We do not have an ATM or offer cash-back on site.
Can we barbecue at the farm?
No. Cookouts, barbecues, outside alcoholic beverages, and speakers for music are not allowed.
