Enjoy a curated evening exploring apples, from agricultural history and colonial cider culture to modern apple brandies and experimental spirits. There will be a conversation with Treasury Cidery at Fishkill Farms, Denning’s Point Distillery, and historian Sean Sculley, hosted by Scott Ramsey, the Executive Director of New York Cider Association.
