We’re excited to partner with Beacon Open Studios to offer an open-flow plein air painting or drawing session at the farm!
Bring your own: Easels, art supplies, brush cleaning supplies and waste containers.
Rules and Details:
Oil paint, watercolor and acrylics are permitted. All drawing media are welcome.
Fishkill Farms has one sink for hand-washing ONLY. No painting brushes may be cleaned in the sink. Bring extras, and be prepared to take dirty brushes home. Solvents and mediums are not to be disposed of on site!
Please note: There are no permanent bathrooms. Porta-potties are available.
Whatever you bring with you, you must take home! Be respectful of the beautiful farm grounds.
Ages 18+, skill level intermediate to professional.
Park in large main parking field on the righthand side after entering farm.
Please arrive 15 minutes early for check in. Meet under the white tent outside the cider bar.
Locate Marguerite (a BOS team member) to check in when you arrive and check out when you leave. `
Open flow is $12. Beacon Open Studios is also offering tickets with an extra donation at $20 to support BOS and Fishkill Farms, proceeds will be split evenly.
