Don't miss the opportunity to participate in a workshop, demo, or talk, led by producers and experts in fermentation, including our keynote speaker Brad Leone, chef, entrepreneur, author of Field Notes for Food Adventure, internet star, and fermentation expert; Alice Jun, founder and Sool Maker at Hana Makgeolli; and Eric Sauber, chef and lecturing instructor at the Culinary Institute of America.
